Geetha Constructions (A Sole Proprietorship), Started in Year 2007, is owned and operated by Mr. B K Manjunath, with an excellent professional experience in the Building construction business as a Builder , Engineers & Contractor of Residential, Commercial Buildings and Other kind of projects. In the challenging field of construction, M/s. Geetha Constructions, through its Able, Energetic and Enterprising ,Project and Construction workers, also manages and undertake building renovation and repair works – Including construction and repair of roofing, painting works, interior and exterior finishing works, and the construction of both RCC AND Steel structural Buildings.
M/S.Geetha Constructions for the interest of its clients and its own, engages the services of capable and hardworking field construction workers who have distinguished themselves in their respective fields of expertise, whether in painting, masonry, plastering works, carpentry, concreting and structural construction works. It will always be for the happy pursuits of construction, that the happy results will yield success for all involved in the construction project. As always, it will be all for the best.
Since
Mr. B K Manjunath started his career as a project incharge in Parvathi Constructions. He served there from 1996 to 2000. Then he worked as site in-charge for Royal builders from the year 2000 to 2003. After that he started working as a Sub Contractor for Sai Constructions. Later, he started his own small size construction team, Finally, after handling several medium projects, he is now a Sole Proprietor of Geetha Constructions.
In the year 2010, construction of Commercial building in Rajajinagar was started by Mr. B K Manjunath in the name of M/s Geetha Constructions having BUA of more than 34,800 sft.
His Confidence & work ability allowed him to handle various areas and overcome a number of business difficulties. His continuous effort of keeping his customers happy BY RECEIVING REPEATED ORDERS with his Quality work. He also believes that the construction cost is minimized and completed in time for the best interest of the owner with VALUE ENGINEERING. Many construction topics like “ changes in basic construction plans decrease construction costs considerably ” serve as deposits for enhanced construction service, to keep the owner happy and satisfied.
